Best 3 Wheel Pushchairs
All-terrain stroller that is light and durable. It also offers excellent maneuverability. Its compact one-hand fold makes it's lightweight and also freestanding when folded. 3 wheel pushchair padded seat reclines to a nearly flat position, and there's an enormous storage bin and canopy. The suitability for newborns is yes and with a separate carrycot (not suitable for overnight sleeping).
A well-constructed suspension and air-filled tires will allow you to handle rough terrain. You can also use it for jogging. However, you should wait until the baby is at least 6 or 9 months old.
Ickle Bubba Air
This pushchair from Ickle Bubba is a great choice for parents who want an easy-to-use buggy that has enhanced features. It is an all-in-one travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot for infants, a movable forward and rear-facing pushchair seat and a selection of a car seats, so you can have everything you need in one package.

The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to understand why it's earned such high marks from its customers. It is incredibly lightweight with the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg. It's extremely easy to put together. In fact I was able put it up and running in just five minutes, which is pretty amazing considering that it also included a strapping of the fabric for the carrycot!
The seat is wide and comfortable for Annie who is 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to use. There's a good amount of space in the basket and I like the fact that it comes with a zip-up pocket in the handle bar so that you can keep your keys and phone secure!
The only slight downside is the handlebar is low, which could be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's coated with a luxurious leather-like material that is soft and comfortable and cleans down easily, so it's still easy to push even with children and bags on your hands!
Hauck Pushchair Runner
The Runner is for parents who love to explore and are always on the go. Its large pneumatic wheels were designed to be used on field and forest trails, and the front wheel can be rotated and locked for additional versatility. The stroller comes with 5-point safety harness with a front bar that keeps your child secure on all journeys. The parking brake will keep the stroller stationary as you take a break. The comfortable seat is simple to lower to a lying position and the canopy opens to reveal to allow for maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to fit mum or dad.
If you're planning a quick jog or a long hike, the Runner is ready to accompany you on all your adventures with a reclining, fully-flat seat and suspension air wheels that guarantee smooth, safe ride. The front wheel can be locked for greater stability on narrow streets or overcrowded sidewalks. The stroller can also fold up to fit in car boot spaces and storage areas.
Some parents have found the Runner 2 to be a little more difficult to navigate than its predecessor, and the locking system isn't as user-friendly (requiring two buttons on each side of the push bar). The handlebars are higher than some competitors, which means they may not be suitable for taller parents. However the stroller is durable and adaptable and is a good option by active families.
Red Kite Push Me Pace
Red Kite's Pace is a fantastic product from the budget-friendly British brand. They are renowned for their clean, well-designed products that are essential for parents. It's their latest and the most expensive addition to their stroller line that is a bargain and lightweight. Similar to the Ickle Bubba Aurora or Yoyo it's car seat compatible so you can use it from the time of birth.
The new Pace features some stunning design features, like a rose-gold tint on the hood, chassis and stroller trims that really set it apart. The stroller and car seat fabrics are stylish in tan, grey, and cream. You can also choose to add the handle in leather and the bumper bar to complement.
It is suitable from birth up to a maximum weight of 22kg. The stroller seat converts easily from the carrycot to the 2-in-1 reversible mode. It can be parent or world-facing. The stroller seat offers multiple lying positions, a soft padded leg rest support and an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, a viewing transparent flaps, and a retractable sun visor section.
Furthermore, when folded in half, the Pace measures up at 56 x 43 x 32cm which means it can be used as hand luggage with Easyjet and Ryanair, among others. Two buttons on each side are easy to use and can be clicked into the appropriate position.
Bugaboo Fox 5
Designed to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller, Bugaboo's latest Fox 5 promises to do everything. Its unique chassis, with a shorter wheel-distance makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I put it to the test alongside my two kids - one a toddler and another eight-week-old - on the rocky roads as well as woodland walks that are grassy and even cobblestones.
The puncture-proof wheels are huge - 22cm and 30cm - which means they can handle many different terrains. They also have an easy flap that opens or closes to let more air to enter if you need it this is a nice feature. It is a little bigger than some pushchairs, but it isn't heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.
The fabric of the seat is machine washable and the frame and faux leather grips are easy to wipe down. It's also quieter than some pushchairs, and I felt confident using it on busy city streets. A bonus feature is that it incorporates accessory points. This means you can add footmuffs, parasols, changing bags and even a snack tray. You can also use the hood to block rain and wind, but it's not particularly waterproof. It's a single stroller, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child more leg room. It took around 20 minutes to put together the bassinet, and the same amount of time to convert it to the seat.

The Ridge's reversible seat allows you to choose if your child is facing you, or the world in front. Its simple foot brake system makes it a breeze for parents who are just starting out. One of the best features is the reversible handlebar that allows you to adjust it to your height and preference. The Ridge's fold, unlike other strollers, is stable and self-standing when folded.
